A new partnership is formed between K5 Communications and Prime ICT!
This allows us to better serve our customers needs and offer IT solutions along side our Business Communications Services packages.
K5 Founded
K5 Communications was founded by Ky Thomas in January 2022.
He identified an unmet need in the market for a communications provider who prioritised friendliness, honesty, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Not long after, Sam Thomas joined the enterprise as Chief Executive Officer, dedicated to realising the company’s visionary goals and ensuring its continued success.

new home!
As our company continued to expand, we recognized the need for more space and have proudly established our new headquarters in Ringwood.
This is a welcome addition to match the stunning Customer Service office in Telford.
300 Customers
We celebrate signing up our 300th customer!
